      THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY

      Pros

      CPP have a truly inspirational CEO in Steve Callaghan. He is passionate at turning the business around and I hope he does so.

      Cons

      The mid to senior management with 2 exceptions are inept, impersonal and totally devoid of any people management skills. I fear this will hold the company back.

      Not any. this is a weird place.

      Cons

      Everything here is a mess. Do not provide even the very basic necessities. No dedicated washrooms for employees. Employees are supposed to use the shared tower washrooms. No cafetaria. No work culture. Please do not join. save yourself.
