Sadly none, no incentives or rewards given for hard work or commitment.
Cons
Toxic stressful working enviroment, extremely questionable and poor management. Still using paperwork, no options for hybrid working, very old fashioned values. No career progression unless your face fits or you are related to someone in the business.
