      Pros

      Money is there if you know how to get it, What to say in all scenarios is covered by management, free gym membership, continual training.

      Cons

      Commission doesn't start for 3 months, High Stress, High healthcare costs, 401k takes a year to kick in, Lack of processes in place, Thrown in the deep end with little training, half the base pay as the local corporate CenturyLink.

      Pros

      CPI is a very close family. Such an amazing group of employees and even more amazing group of customers. Everyone here at CPI is very fast and efficient in resolving issues that may present itself. Would highly recommend employment and also business opportunities to anyone.

      No Complaints from me. It's a great company.
