Pros
Hours, vacation, pension, 401K, beautiful building.
Cons
Human Resources is there for management. No standard operating procedures and management assumes it is a free ticket to bully employees, senior staff only hears ideas from a certain few, and you are considered too old to learn and given no opportunity for advancement. Upper management talks to staff about other employees. Allows illicit behavior without reprimand.

Great management and mentors. I learned so much during my six years at COPIC. I was exposed to many aspects of the business and was given so much opportunity to grow as a professional. Great sense of work-life balance. Wonderful people. Great benefits.
Cons
Office is located in Lowry which is a bit of a boring area.
