If you have a fetish for filling out forms in order to get ANYTHING done.... this is the place for you. If you like things that take 30 mins take a week? Call now! Are you into procrastination and indecision? This is the company of your dreams. Innovation, forward thinking, flexibility, diversity, opportunities, stability, collaboration, inspirational leadership... these are not things you’ll find at CMS sorry!

Pros

If your face fits you can do well but you will only ever go so far. Its still a small company, but if you are just starting out in your career this is a good stepping stone.

Cons

You will be penalised for doing well. They say its uncapped earnings but this is clearly not the case. Limited career opportunities and a complete lack of trust by management for their staff.
