Your job isn't safe. No one is safe, and that was made known to everyone. The turn over rate was 100%, and the hiring staff was so unprofessional. They hire on emotion. Everything about that place is emotional. It's ran by a dictator and if you don't fall in line, you'll be fired. When you're in it as an employee, you have blinders on and can't see how much the toxicity weighs on you. It's only when you leave that you feel like 73 lbs has been lifted from your body.

Incoherent company strategy. Executives hired and fired left and right. Poor decision making on all levels. There are people who are literally doing the jobs of 3 while there are some who don’t do anything and are rewarded.
