Work with big names while still getting the startup benefits Cool people and relaxed work environment Genuine ability to influence and change the direction of the firm Plenty of room to branch out and learn more in different fields

Fast paced, don't expect to coast Alot of self planning and management, nobody will babysit you Lack of formal training, mainly learn as you go

If you are looking to bring your career to new heights this is the place for you. This was my first B2B role straight out of college. I knew very little about the industry at the start but my colleagues and the management team helped me to hone my skills.
Cons
Fast paced environment. If you are looking for a laid back job, look elsewhere
