CEO is a Trump supporting Republican and says derogatory stuff about other Asians (not about Koreans since this is a Korean company and most employees are Korean-Americans). He yells at employees when things are not going his way. Company has no future. Unless you are White or Korean-American dont even bother applying.

The company is fundamentally owned by a conglomerate; this could provide stability, but often the work editors contribute for projects are not compensated or rewarded fairly (if rewarded at all). 3. Compensation does not match the rate of inflation. while compensation grew 2% annually, LA inflation has risen 5% conservatively. The job requires to work at sight so the editor must commute to the lab in LA. Making savings is extremely challenging, especially when you can't make career change from this specific skill set(meaning after working this job for 3 or 4 years, a person may have to start career over), Also the compensation is not very great so they often had very high rate of workers quitting.
