      Large construction group, opportunties to move between jobs within CIMIC Group.

      Cons

      Inflexible office, not allow WFH. Rigid culture, poor HR process on induction and retaining staff. No training provided on systems. Managers lack appreciation and motivation to staff Leaders lack communication to staff on company updates.
