CIMCON has a world class talent , always staying ahead of the technology and excellent people that creates a dynamic and supportive working environment. I have experienced that CIMCON is committed to developing and promoting diverse talent. Yearly staff tour is something unique about CIMCON that stands out CIMCON from any other organisation. CIMCON is the place where I would like to work again if I ever decide to return back to my native place, Ahmedabad.

No organisation is perfect, employers of the organisation makes it perfect. Cimcon is always open to the feedback and have always experienced that Cimcon turns concerns into opportunities.

company is very good for those who want to learn new technology and like to accept challenges related to technology and quality delivery. salary is also very good .

every company has negative points but employee should focus on work and reimbursement, change company as per your career plan ;-)

I worked 7.3 years for this company. Everyday I leant new things, new R&D for new ideas and concepts. No one can stop for your innovative ideas and appreciate for the same. You can speak openly with managers and they are always ready for help. Here all employees are very talented, quick learner, enthuse, dedicated to their work and quick problem solver.

Cons

Workload very high due to deadline but Its part of professional life.
