      Uncomfortable Work Environment

      Nice showroom, sound masking helped cover up the constant chatter

      Cons

      The drama within each department is exhausting, and most members of management do nothing to help with that. Management actually contributes to the gossip by spreading rumors. If you are willing to sleep around, you can work your way up to the top. Nepotism is a major issue within this company. No one is happy within the company, yet everyone promotes "company culture" like it exists... it doesn't. When I left CI Select, I was on good terms with everyone there, but now that time has past and I'm in a positive work place, I can't believe I gave CI Select the time of day as an employer. Every employee is disposable and unimportant, even to HR.

      Nothing stood out. I’m sorry, but “culture” is fake

      Cons

      This is the kind of place that should go back to the 80’s. If you want to move up be hot, or be friends with the owners. Otherwise you will be left behind and made redundant. Literally 0 support unless you’re in “the club”

      Nepotism, Lack of Support and Leadership

      Compensation is standard for the industry. Fairly flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Support is inefficient. There is a lack of leadership and definitely nepotism in play. There is a disconnect between sales and management. The advancement of individuals who engage in inappropriate behavior is common. Management would rather hire based on culture than qualifications. Management chooses favorites and ignores long-standing employees.
