      Not what the mission states they do the opposite

      Pros

      Gain great experience in all chronic care disease. Expands your skills. Holiday off and no weekends.

      Cons

      The organization as a whole are not fair. Too many clicks. No room for advancement if you are African Americans.. Absolutely no work life balance. Proceed with caution. The only way to get a decent 6 figure salary is to rub elbows with the chair of medicine. Most mid levels come in at 78,000 if you know or rub elbows you can get up to 105,000.

      Challenging place to work

      Pros

      You'll learn a lot! Very interesting, diverse, complex patients. 4 weeks vacation, plus holidays. Some GREAT physicians, PA's and NPs as co-workers.

      Cons

      With such complex patients, not enough time allowed for visits. Medical assistants/ phone and front desk inadequately trained/lack of accountability for poor work performance. Take home charting almost every night.

      Not everybody is on the same page. Some of top execs are sneaky.
