      - internship programs in wide range of specialities: from management and design to programming - Academy for taking paid well-put courses, which may suit for switching the jobs or getting ready for your interview - Great company culture - Flexible hours, quite large paid vacation time, plus additional benefits, e.g. health insurance or discounts in some places

      - Salary range tends to be lower in most specialities, compared to other companies

      Pros

      Fully remote work is possible. Some health insurance, and English courses. Salary was generally paid in time, except for a few month period during 2024.

      Cons

      Low salary with rare and low raises. Selling you to clients as a more experienced developer than you are. Not great work-life balance. Company is becoming too much into AI, same sentiment is unspokenly expected from employees.
