Benefits are what they have going for them, especially if you're a new grad (providers) and they are federal loan repayment qualified. Dedicated front line staff and providers

Cons

Toxic environment, admin and middle management treat providers as adversaries, and won't listen constantly pushing the doctors to see more, do more regardless of harm to patients. Most administrators are severely undereducated for their roles, with promotions based on favoritism not competence. Aaron Wilson, their current CEO, is an attorney with a chip on his shoulder when it comes to doctors and is lousy at leadership. Previous CEO crazy but better. They solicited their current employees this August 2017 to write 5 stars reviews on this and others sites because their ratings are so low. Ask any medical provider or dental provider in Spokane and they can give you a horror story about CHAS. Don't be fooled and sell out your integrity for a salary and benefit package.

Don't pay people the same for the same job. Don't listen to providers input. Too much middle management because they create unneeded jobs for all of their friends.

Cons

Directors are clueless on how to treat people and how to run an organization. Threatening your job if you question anything. One sided and what’s good for one employee isn’t for another. If you're not accepted with the mean club of directors, you’re doomed. Everyone is replaceable in their eyes, I hope they remember they are too.
