      Pros

      Ability to be innovative and focus on your skills. CGA has just been bought up by Nielsen which means better structure for employees, better technology and resource hopefully. too. Lots off potential to grow in the company with solutions.

      Cons

      Can see a knowledge gap between non technical and technical teams. Documentation is scattered. Resource is often wasted due to lack off training or poor communication. Meetings for the sake off meetings Office is outdated and awkward to sit in silence. (better to work at home or cafe)

      Pros

      CGA is thriving and there are loads of really interesting projects to work on. The company has a good culture, with senior management that genuinely care about trying to make it a fun and enjoyable place to work. Personal effort is rewarded, with bi-annual bonuses and a bi-monthly award scheme that colleagues can nominate each other for.

      Cons

      There are sometimes communication problems between different parts of the business, which can lead to unnecessary pressure and inconvenience. Project target dates / deadlines are not always realistic, and the business often takes on a lot of challenges at once, causing resource to be spread slightly too thin. The company has grown quite rapidly and is still working out how to function effectively at a larger size, e.g. for HR processes and project management approaches, but there is forward progress and a commitment to improve in these areas.
