      Pros

      The team at CFT is great, I never felt useless or forgotten, the team is always friendly and level of intercommunications is very high. There is also a lot of opportunity for professional and/or career development, as there is always plenty of projects going on and one can always find right place for her/him.

      Cons

      The wage is somewhat lower than market average and managers don't offer it's raise first, you always have to fight for raise for some period of time, but usually if you're really worth it, you'll get the raised wage.
