This is a poorly managed organization that focuses more on “building relationships” (gossiping and fitting in with office cliques) than productivity. HR is toxic. Middle and Senior management spends all day in meetings with no real results to show for them. If you know how to play into corporate politics but aren’t effective at your job, this is the perfect place for you.
Hybrid policy is a joke. New hires are expected to drive into downtown Baltimore 5 days a week for 90 days, and only get 2 WFH days after the probationary period.
