Lack of company strategy. Not clear how to progress in career.

Long hours, demanding deadlines and career progression can be a challenge

- Very long hours expected to tackle the workload assigned - Salaries well below the market average, with the exception of managers and those fortunate enough to be offered shares within the company - Bonuses are paid in two halves to keep you tied for 6 months in order to receive the second half, this is not the market norm - Metrics are aggressively tracked (response times, bind ratios, etc), and you will be expected to either improve them or have a good reason for them being how they are

Limited flexibility since new management: mandatory office attendance three times a week, no longer allowing extended remote work abroad, discontinued "do what you want" days, stricter overall policies. Lot`s of pressure to get things done due to hard deadlines. Not much progression. It takes a very long time to overall progress

- Remuneration could be better - At times, long hours
