      Pros

      Great people, outside executive team and senior leadership, to work with. COO is top notch, truly amazing. CEO hires and fires on a whim, total psycho.

      Cons

      People are let go randomly with no proof or regard for their role, regional bank with incompetent SVP’s treating it like middle market, zero experience or knowledge of management process. HR is the henchmen of the company, avoid.

      The people. I loved the team

      Cons

      Management overlooks bad behavior. HR is no help what so ever. They have who they like and that’s it. Ability and loyalty doesn’t matter. Very very toxic environment

      They will pay well at first to entice you in.

      Cons

      Unreasonable goals. Constant fear of termination. No support or training. No advancement opportunities. High turnover. All operations are serverly understaffed and when you attempt to address it you are told to prioritize better and then ignored. The employes who do nothing or are out right abusive seemed to be retained while the dedicated hard working employes are burt out or fired for no valid reason. Total lack of operational standards. You will be set to to fail and then blamed for it. DO NOT work for this company unless you want to be used and discarded. Upper managment does not care for employees at all.
