It is a small company and the IT team is growing, good to grow with the company

Cons

The DevOps team is terrible, they will be an anchor pushing the dev team back.

- High calibre staff - Pay can be decent if the bonus pays out - Interesting exposure to commodities trading and hedge fund - Cool offices and accepting culture - International focus and entrepreneurial attitude of board

Cons

- not guaranteed good pay as the fixed salary is average (although this is the case for most traders) - social side is potentially lacking

Pros

Allows employees to try things without shaming or possible recrimination. Work-life balance and ability to get all-encompassinf view on sales & Trading and the variety of commodities.

Cons

Perhaps a symptom of growth, but infrastructure needs a fair bit of work and employees need that infrastructure in order to perform better in their roles. Current work practice can be a bit off-the-cuff.
