      If you are desperate and need a paycheque and nothing else because you will get nothing more. That is it.

      Cons

      Morale is low. Negativity, intimidation and unprofessional management style is encouraged. No job satisfaction, if you want to dread going to work everyday and want no personal life then this is the place for you!
