CENTEGIX is a great company to work for. The Senior Leadership makes every employee feel valued no matter their title. The companies mission is empowerful and makes the work you do rewarding. It is a fully remote company that values work life balance. The benefits are great too.

Pros
Fun remote culture tied together through slack. Growing business, with some to be expected growing pains. I came here because of the innovative way they are helping people. I have stayed because the people I work with really want to solve the root issues that are prevalent in workplace safety climate and culture.
Cons
Some separation and communication issues between departments. Seems to be varying visions on what's next for the solution. Can be hectic day to day due to the growth. Easy to keep working extra hours, as many do put in long days. That being said, the company has never pressured me to do so as a requirement.
