It's all about the people I work with. It was better in the past, but CEMIG is still a good place to work because it promotes stability and good benefits. It is also very family oriented.

CEMIG has outsourced several areas, which compromises the quality of the services to its customers. CEMIG also values the high staff more than the rest of their employees.
