      None! Always passing the load and blame! So much politics happen here

      Boss, Not good as well. You will work 12 hrs a day. All full of politics and hidden agenda.

      Very toxic culture - tenured employees would gossip about new hires to no end Very narrow career ladder to almost no advancement - to the point that people in the management roles just "get by" and do not strive to improve Questionable HR management - managers who violate HR policies (caught stealing, sexual harassment) are not sanctioned. HR turns a blind eye on their transgressions because it would be a big blow to the company
