Worst Company In The Industry...Period!

Pros

Local team in Denver has some great people who care about their careers.

Cons

Awful corporate function. Starts with the owner who talks about relying on his 'leadership team' to run the business and then emails field leadership and individual contributors about their activity and if they plan to work weekends while he vacations in the Dominican Republic. Under him, is the other Co-owner's sister (nepotism at its finest). This person is one of the worst leaders to ever hold the title. Came from a now defunct company where she must have known someone or had some dirt on a C-Level exec to have climbed as high as she did there. Does not understand what is required to compete in today's tech climate. No customer investment, antiquated ideals, couldn't care less about the people under her employ, does not follow through on her word, makes empty promises, and simply just doesn't get it. I have never seen a more contentious relationship between the field offices trying to get stuff done and corporate trying to stand in the way. It is no mystery why the 2 major groups in the company are divided, both literally and figuratively. By far, the worst leadership and company I've ever experienced.

Pros

Some Co-workers, Monthly Birthday treat, not much else.

Cons

Outdated infrastructure, management and Thinking. Business Model is broken and Management is very resistant to change. All decisions are made by one person, the CEO, as he has NO TRUST in anyone to do there job, even those that have been there 15+ years. Remote work is NEVER considered.

Pros

Smaller staff means getting your hands on more lucrative opportunities. Work with some big name clients. Laid back atmosphere. Potential to make some solid commissions. Metrics aren't as bad as the industry standard. Overtime isn't mandatory, unlike our competing firms.

Cons

Turnover is alarmingly high. CEO micromanages and expects unrealistic metrics from new and junior recruiters. Ramp up time can be unforgiving. One bad month could mean you're out of there. It's mostly recruiting for Comcast and they can be very unresponsive or unreasonable with their requirements.
