      Many words, little substance

      Pros

      Good friendly environment In some divisions an excellent relationship between work and private life Under the age of 30 it is possible to do a company master's degree in high apprenticeship contract .

      Cons

      medium/low salary company Little investment in the person for normal worker Bad balance and private life in some divisions Few real big IT projects, little real innovation, in general low level project. Focus on Business, a lot of powerpoint work also for technical figures Corporate culture with strong doses of manipulation and incompetence Extreme dishonest on the possibilities of type of work The affiliation to the polytechnic is only formal. Apart from a few exceptions, forget about doing applied research

      Good for learning a technical job, not good for making a career

      Pros

      Friendly environment; diversity of projects; majority of projects are very interesting., good until 30/35, the experience you develop can be easily repelled in other company, specially abroad.

      Cons

      Excessive fragmentation in the activities; not possibile to grow and mature wit ha clear professional role ; career path simply does not exists; sometimes projects are really "small".

      Pros

      Great coworkers and working environment. Gives you the possibility to learn a lot by taking part to several different consultancy projects. Lets you get in contact with several different industries and accumulate a very widespread view of the ICT market.

      Cons

      Scarce career opportunities (the company is quite small). Limited attitude to grow, management tends to "think small", lacks larger projects. Excessive work fragmentation.
