      Not A Job for anyone reliant on their paycheck to survive

      Pros

      Complete independence in the workplace. I never even met the owner in person.

      Cons

      This is temporary employment no matter what you're told to the contrary. The owner will downright mislead you and make promises that he has no intention of or ability to keep. They are really good about presenting an image that is not backed up in reality. Be forewarned.

      NON I repeat NO Pros to working here.

      Owner and Management lied and yes they do take advantage of any person looking to get in the industry with no experience. Very poorly managed and ran mostly by kids Anthony hired who think they know what they are doing. I wouldn't let this company the building of a sandbox in my backyard. owner does promise the world on initial interview and follows it up with threats of termination once you are on staff. Office is located at his house which makes it not a good work environment and shows how much of a con man Anthony is. stay away from this place unless you want a bad rap on your record and less information on the industry then you originally had. There are much better TRUSTWORTHY companies out there and their business model is legit not created by a con man.

      Pros

      Good clients and sales team. The rest of the company is a mess.

      Cons

      The owner lies and has no idea whats going on. He trusts noone to do their job and does not listen at all to what the employees have to say. Management is not experienced enough to be in leadership roles
