Hiring decisions are beyond confusing. They don't seem to consider skills, merit, or experience when making key changes to their leadership staff. Leadership proved to be untrustworthy in multiple situations. The standard with which they hold their staff accountable is inconsistent; they openly hold some to a very high standard while others seem to be free to do as they wish. The community managers and assistants are grossly overworked. The infrastructure is very slow (internet, management software, etc.). That coupled with overly complicated processes makes it virtually impossible to do your job successfully.
