      Good People, but high turnover

      Pros

      I have rarely had conflict with anyone at CCSSO. The benefits are good and people seem very conscious of work-life balance.

      Cons

      I've seen a lot of people come and go. Some people say it's hard to move up.

      Pros

      CCSSO is newly a mostly remote organization, but the Council makes every effort to maintain a great culture and relationships among employees. Even though I don't see my coworkers in person as much, I feel closer to them than at any other job.

      Hard to think of any cons.
