      Communicates well, good bonus & 401K payout, above average health insurance.

      Cons

      below average pay, recently bought by Polynt (PCCR) who are very secretive and have taken the old company back 10 yrs in the way they operate.

      A very negative work environment, some managers (&up) yell at employees, expect >8hrs/day, with poor pay.

      Some workers are very smart, hardworking and willing to help others

      Cons

      You are not rewarded for hard work, experience or education; to move up in the co. you have to kiss-up to managers+. Job promotions and raises are non-existent. Condescending attitudes prevail, good work goes unappreciated . It is a good old boys network . Pay is awful. It is the most unprofessional work environment I have ever worked in. All in all, I do not recommend.
