Pros

The facade that's upheld by the employees. Everyone is calm and seemingly willing to help. The pay was ok. Mom-fri work schedule was great and the benefits were inexpensive.

Cons

Management doesn't mean what they say all anyone in that company cares about are themselves.

Pros

They hire within and emplyees are able to transfer and relocate within the company.

Cons

They hire community managers who have no communication skills and lack leadership. Community managers don't support staff let others slack off in their position and penalize the ones who are overworked.

Pros

Managers respond to email requests for service about half the time. It's better than not at all.

Cons

CCMC is not proactive. The managers do not know what's going on in communities because they are never there to see the community themselves. They think on-site maintenance is doing what they're supposed to do, but they aren't. So homeowners suffer, then, as mentioned below, managers have to revert to CYA mode, which entails lying about what they knew and when they knew it. Basically, it's a cheap, sorry company.
