      The coworkers at CCIM Institute are friendly and everyone is collaborative when it comes to projects. CCIM truly believes in the employee's personal career growth and expanding their knowledge base. Work/life balance is also great!

      Cons

      It is a smaller organization, career growth may be limited but CCIM is open to innovation and changes where you can grow your skill set.

      CCIM has a collegial work environment and great work/life balance policies. Leadership is open to new ideas and initiatives, which allows staff to feel truly vested in their work.

      Cons

      The CCIM work environment fosters initiative. Therefore, it might be a challenging workplace if an employee needs micro-managing or is not open to jumping in to help with work that might be outside the box.

      CCIM is an interesting workplace, being an association, dedicated to our membership in the commercial real estate industry is the main reason for our existence. The working atmosphere is one of collaboration, continuous effort to excel at what we do, and be aligned with important community service, inclusion, diversity. Our work is challenging but are shown we are valued through special events, flexible work conditions, supportive actions of brilliant HR and CEO.

      Being non-for profit association, salaries may be on lower end of market range
