Be prepared to work on your own. They will paint a pretty picture as to how the “company” is run and how much support you will receive. Only to quickly realize that is not true. Management is Non existent. However will magically appear when you lack performance. You will be thrown to the wolves and expected to Perform. All upper management either grew up together or have worked together in the past, therefore, it’s a pit of white collar, egotistical men who run this “company.” This is not a company more like a very wealthy man funding a bunch of guys who sit around, changing each other’s titles every 6 months. There is NO diversity. NO organization, NO support. I do NOT recommend any person working for this frat house.
Their representation in the industry has been so poorly tarnished due to their lack of accountability and incompetence, that laughter of pity is heard at the mere mention of their name.
For whoever is reading this, use this is a sign. There are other companies! I did not get fired or let go, I left due to how poorly this “company” was run.
