Pros
- The Knutsford office is very new & a very nice place to work. Plenty of parking spaces and also easy to get to from Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Widnes & Northwich. - The pay offered is good. - The company looks to promote from within as much as it can. 1.5 years in to my role I was granted a promotion and a substantial pay rise. - Steve Done is a great Manager and makes time for every employee. - Management and Team Leaders are very approachable even when out of the office they will answer the phone and help if they can. - The company has no time for employees that do not pull their weight. - If you are a hard worker then you will thrive at this company. Your effort will be recognised & rewarded.
Cons
- (This is more of a past issue) The Out Of Hours team in particular has previously had a few extremely lazy employees that did not pull their weight and because of this, put extra workload on the rest of the team. (One of these past employees left a negative review on Glassdoor after leaving the company) I would not pay much attention to this bitter individual's review. This situation has now been cleared up and the individuals have been dealt with.
