      great place for employee welfare good salary and benefits well coordinated vacation leave plans

      -personnel who are unfairly and unduly too powerful and have a tendency of bullying lower level employees, retrenchments never fair -Not tech intensive -general unwillingness to evolve according to modern trends -long working hours with unpaid overtime
