      The only pro.. Lesson learned of not what to tolerate in the future.

      Toxic environment, Owner/Directors pit departments against each other, Unsafe Equipment, Horrible Upper Management, No Training, Unreachable Bonus program, Scapegoat syndrome

      All of the good workers/people, except the 2 Directors.

      Cons

      Directors perpetuate a toxic environment out of their own fear, unqualified arrogance, and self protectionism. Massive manager turnover is no accident. IMO
