This is a SDVOSB that is run by Carl Lawson, Sr. They provide program management and logistics services to the United States Marine Corps. They are a small company with strong community ties.
Cons
Being an offsite employee does not allow for a lot of management interaction.

Pros
Although my tenure with CBAIA was brief, I was treated professionally and with respect. There was an open line of communication with Headquarters, so I never felt I couldn't reach out to express a concern regarding the contract I provided support to. Indeed a family oriented small business attempting to do right by the employees they employ.
