      Make your own hours and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Didn't get paid for almost 2 months due to their inability to understand direct deposit. Unprofessional handling of work environment. No support and blame you when volunteers are flaky.

      Pros

      Opportunity for advancement. Plenty of choices for homes to work in. Management is really flexible and easy going. Lots of training.

      Cons

      You must work every other weekend. If you take the on call schedule for the extra money, you will be called regularly and will have almost no days off.
