- Been promised that the paycheck will increase over the time, we got one raise (everyone does after working for a year)
- If you want a higher raise you usually have to kiss up to the boss and teamleader, overworking yourself and doing great work doesn't mean anything.
- Everything is usually done last second
- Boss has never ever said 'good job' to his workers, nor does he show like he cares. If you say 'Good morning' to him when you see him. The man sometimes doesn't even acknowledge you are there and will pass next to you like you don't exist. (Particulary talking about Ladislav Antic)
- He continues to keep workers around that have shown toxic behaviour and treated others like complete garbage, refused to help new workers and made a lot of newcomers quit. Yet doesn't bat an eye when good experienced smart people leave the company for something better when he refuses to give them a raise because they 'live with their parents and don't need a raise'. Those people usually got a degree in machinery and finished college and/or have gotten a higher education.
- Boss blames corona for lowering our paychecks (while we have more work than ever)
- We work one week from the office and the rest from home, our bills are bigger because we work from home yet our paychecks remain small).
- Continues to hire people and give them bigger paychecks than the people who have experience and have worked in the company for years.
- Offers workers to work overtime to help with the projects saying they will be paid 50 percent more than regular. He then doesn't pay the workers blaming the goverment taxes and/or pays some money to some of the workers and proceeds to lie to the rest saying the euro is weaker this month and proceeds to not pay them.
- Workers bought their own fridge because the boss didn't wanna bother investing into buying one for his workers. Same goes to the 1 single microwave we have on 170+ workers.
- We have to pay if we want to drink water from the water machine (and that one is brought in by the workers, since the boss is incapable of getting those for his workers).
- I won't even start on talking about the mouse/rat infestation in the air conditioning systems that the poor two guys from support had to deal with.
- The offices are cleaned by the workers because the boss doesn't pay the cleaning lady enough to clean the company as he should.
-Most of the time the workers don't have time to clean the office so they have to sit in a dirty office the whole time.
-Very hostile and stressful work environment.
-Theres so much more i could write about this company but I don't wish to spend more of my time on it. Truly shameful.
