Pros
The people at this company are its true assets. The culture is one of collaboration and mutual respect, where team members are encouraged to share their ideas and work together to achieve common goals. The workforce is diverse and inclusive, which adds to the richness of perspectives and experiences within the organization. The CMO is very nice, and well respected, she is a great leader, and has a strong senior leadership team.
Cons
This will depend on the manager you receive. I've noticed some managers are better than others. You have some that like to micro-manage, however you see some managers that truly support the growth of their team. However, a notable drawback is the limited opportunities for career advancement. While the company excels in nurturing talent and skills. This can lead to frustration among ambitious individuals who seek greater responsibilities and challenges in their roles.

Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.

Other than needing more hours, I cant think of any cons.
