Pros
management is very loyal, too loyal at times. great exposure to a variety of industries--mgt encourages staff to think like consultants and pushes you to think smarter, not harder. the work can be interesting depending on the exact project.
Cons
tight project timelines, end clients often have unrealistic expectations. Mgt needs to be willing to let go of underperformers. career opportunities are limited unless you have a college degree or advanced training in research.
