Lack of communication from and limited support from administrators. There is no set curriculum for high school. Limited reading resources. No reading or math specialist. No progress monitoring tools for reading and math for tier 3 students. Too many family members at this facility (caution of employee gossip, including administrators). Paraprofessionals are more like security. Administrators have zero training on the fundamentals of being a paras. The paraprofessionals prefer to walk around the building rather than assist the teachers and students with learning and classroom organization. You are alone in the classroom at least 75% of the time. No breaks, and lunch is in the classroom with students.
