      Same as other reviews: Nice area Free products Some nice people

      Cons

      SLT lacks basic leadership capability and any clear long-term vision. Strategy changes constantly and there is no investment in employees whatsoever, no meaningful training, development or progression, and a clear inability to retain strong talent. Pay and benefits are also the bare minimum. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for structure, growth or supportive leadership

      Nothing good to say - the terrible reviews are here for a reason. Toxic from the very top to the bottom. Impossible timelines, lack of support and nasty atmosphere.
