      Pros

      Healthy, respectful, friendly work culture. Great work/life balance. Fulfilling work with opportunities to partner with amazing brands. Supportive upper management. Lovely co-workers.

      Cons

      I loved working at BuzzFeed, but my time there was mired by frequent lay offs. Pay could have been better, too. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to work.
