If you aren't popular or not well liked you are continously undermined and harassed because you aren't consider a part of the 'team' regardless of how good you at your job. My manager didn't seem to have a clue on how to do their job and would rather talk about gossip at work instead of trying to do their job. The environment was of a children's classroom with most people constantly saying bad things about each other and creating wild rumours. The company constantly undermines customers and say very distasteful things that i wouldnt even say about someone I hated. All in all the company is extremely backward and doesn't pay employees well at all. My advice to anyone wanting to work here is stay very far away or you will regret it.P.S most of the good reviews on here have been faked as we got emails from management to do a review to get the score up.

The management. Dunno how they call themselves managers when they don’t know how to manage. The team leaders are cool but they’re just little puppets. Everyone gets sucked in by the lies told. All male managers are snobby manipulative narcissists. They also gas light you into thinking you’re wrong when you was right. No progression unless someone leaves or you become a case manager but even then it only ends up being £100 more a month not even that. If you stand up for yourself you’re called a chav. There’s no confidentiality everyone will know your business. The people come and go. I started in 2019 and will admit I loved it for first year or so. After then I soon realised the company is corrupt including HR department. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. The make managers are also very touchy feely and won’t be sacked for it.
