Pros

The company has a lot of clout in STL so you have the potential to make a lot of contacts in the industry.

Cons

Horrible training...meaning none, bosses that don't care to communicate with employees, cut pay unexpectedly. Treated me as if I were a valued commodity during the interview process and then ignored me as soon as I started. This company doesn't care about its employees.

Not a Great Experience

Pros

It's awesome to see events come together and there is some teamwork involved to make it happen.

Cons

There are many many many people in charge. This creates conflicts in processes as well as an overall power struggle. There is very little training, you are thrown into events without knowing much about them. There is very high turnover both people leaving and getting fired. I have seen many people come and go in my brief time working there and that is because they don't invest in them.
