      Pros

      The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. The coworkers are great and very easy to get along with. The customers for-the-most-part are very friendly. I have had very few difficult days or situations during my time working here. It is one of the most pleasant jobs I have ever had. There are also rewards for doing well on secret shops and if you sell the most of a focus item.

      Cons

      This is a minimum wage job. The site I work at is very old and the roof leaks. There is a Great Deals card in order for customers to get the sale prices. Most job frustration is caused by the card. There is random drug testing as well as pre-employment drug testing. The registers are incredibly slow and unreliable.

      Pros

      Worked around my schedule, managers were good to work for. The coworkers are great and very easy to get along with. The customers for-the-most-part are very friendly.

      This is a minimum wage job. Secret shopper reports that were on me, on a day that I wasn't even there. There is random drug testing as well as pre-employment drug testing. The registers are incredibly slow and unreliable.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my coworkers and the knowledge I learned while employed. I gained a lot of experience in areas of home improvement that i otherwise wouldn’t.

      Cons

      As a retailer, the wage is not competitive. There are times in the winter when the budget is more important than the the staff. I’ve seen many peoples hours cut in order to save face.
