Pros
You'll learn everything about news reporting. Especially it being print and in the business beat, you'll understand the severity of covering (factual) news. You learn something new every day. Good for fresh grads and veterans.
Cons
Flexi-time but expect over-over time. It's an old-school company with a very templated format/strategy for everything (good and bad). You need to have a strong stomach for strong feedback from superiors. Low pay for a niche industry. Work on most holidays.

- very consistent work standards and professionalism to its goal - free food is given sometimes - thorough and clear details are given to make sure job is successfully done thanks to guidance by superiors - employees are kind and are their own professionals - company has adjusted with the pandemic to make sure its employees can work (shuttle service, WFH arrangement)
Cons
- low pay and no raise even after working for more than a year - most boring work culture - no trainings and opportunities given to provide more skills or strengthen it - lack of creativity in the work environment - job will feel stagnant and draining - company office has no medical clinic (lack of proper facilties)
