Pros

Good product and good relations with colleagues.

Cons

Graduate position advertised as proper step onto the engineering career ladder. Turns out the position is nothing more than a money mule for management who only care about how good they look to the Busch family. No progression, no clear career path whilst working with an inadequate and time consuming system. Expected to cold call on no commission as part of your "self-motivation" and on a salary not much higher than shelf-stacker at Lidl. Pathetic pettiness between certain employees with different Busch companies climbing over each other to get the sale. Don't waste your degree, time and aspirations at this dump.

Pros

Manufacturing in Virginia Beach area

Cons

*Seems to be a good amount of favoritism between the President and certain leadership staff *Leadership says they want to be told when things are an issue, but get very defensive when presented with one *Leadership not open to discuss company issues from Quality, Reliability, Support, and total Customer Experience * Health Insurance is terrible

Pros

Good Products Global Network Some great individuals

Cons

Totally Non-visionary 'Fly by the seat of the pants' management expertise of the previous German Expat manager Current manager is all about getting more with less Many of the middle management don't even have a degree level of qualifications and have very little management expertise Employees operate as a band of individuals, the work culture is ruled by a band of long term employees, who are happy to do the bare minimum - 'Status Quo' culture. - Change is needed! Far too many of my fellow employees are working to their own tune, with their personal gains only in mind. Promised rewards for performance are not delivered by management High Staff turnover of new employees Absolutely no career path
