Pros

Full of inspiring people producing ambitious work.

Cons

Senior managers are a basket case with a habit of panicking and randomly firing. Overseas offices are a bit of an abattoir. Enjoyed it here but probs wouldn’t recommend.

Arrogantly rotten

Pros

Last Friday of the month off

Cons

- Lack of trust and authority to innovate, to push status quo and to improve ways of working. They say they do but they don't, mostly because those people "Directors" trying to preserve their roles in the company to hide their incompetence (most of them been there for a decade) - Too many complicated processes for simple tasks, too many manual processes which are a total waste of time - Leadership team have their faves, so good luck to you if you aren't in that fave list - They don't like Employee Survey (in fact never done any) or any form of employees feedback, because they are so arrogantly rotten, they think they are the best and again, the Directors trying to sweep turds under the rug so they can keep their jobs. Exit interviews: haha don't bother, they are perfect..you are the problem! - No visions, no missions, no accountability from the Leadership team. Running blind to achieve annual revenue goals (what about profit and people's happiness?)

Unsupportive and poorly led

Pros

- Opportunity to work with people globally

Cons

•Leadership ignores people. Senior managers make decisions with no real consideration for staff wellbeing or development. Promotions happen mainly when someone is about to leave or when a favourite is involved. •Toxic “boys’ club” culture. The environment is not genuinely safe or inclusive for women, and zero-tolerance policies are not upheld. •HR is ineffective. HR managers in the london office regularly failed to step in during difficult situations and offered little meaningful support. •Chronic overwork. Employees across teams are consistently overloaded, with no signs of improvement. •Declining culture. The company advertises itself as culture-driven and committed to diversity, but this isn’t reflected in reality. Values are written down but not embedded, policies exist but aren’t followed, and there has been a clear drop in events, engagement, and genuine inclusion. •Visible hierarchy. There is a strong, obvious hierarchy that affects how people are treated and how decisions are made.
